Last year when a group of us went to the lake house together, Jacob told us that he had a crush on this girl. We were all telling him to invite her to the lake with us. Ha! But Jacob had a better idea, he told us that he need to be at least on one date before he met all of us. Good idea :) P.S. Jacob never stop smiling that weekend, especially when he looked at his phone. So, we knew there's something special about this lady.
Not long after the lake trip was Justin's birthday. That day, I met Corinda for the first time. She was super sweet and I can tell that she loved Jacob. She adores him. I mean, the way they look at each other... Awwww..... SUPER SWEET.
Fast forward to winter, Jacob was looking for a ring and a location for his proposal. He was thinking of proposing and doing a little engagement session in Buckhead, Atlanta. Then, after he got the ring, he also asked Justin and me (we're so honored!) to be a part of his proposal plan in Buckhead.
That Sunday before my anniversary party, we hid behind the bushes at The Duck Pond in Buckhead. It is their special place. (Okay, honestly, there's not much bushes there.) We thought Corinda saw us so Justin hugged me so that she couldn't see our face... Haha.
Then they started walking towards the pond. So, I got my camera ready! And then Jacob got down on one knee, so I started running towards them :) And she SAID YES!! WOOHOO!! After she said yes, we did a little engagement session in Buckhead to capture their excitement for their big day.
We're super excited for them and can't wait to see what the future has in store for them. Congratulations, Jacob + Corinda! We're rooting for you!
